Incredible incredible instructor, really knows how to lead the room, energy was great, lighting aligned with the music and felt like a really immersive experience. can’t wait to come back, feels higher quality than luxury studios I’ve been to in London. Front of house gentleman was also lovely and helpful. 100/10

Metcon - 20 secs on 20 secs off - don’t be fooled by 20 seconds, they creep up QUICK! Highly recommend for all levels of fitness. I can see why this place is so popular.
