The class was incredibly challenging but she still made sure to provide the easier versions of all movements and provided personalised attention! However, after several years of coming to this gym and using ClassPass, today I was told I was not allowed to have a towel because I booked this class with ClassPass. Being treated like a second-class customer because I have different way of paying for classes is definitely a no-go. Apparently there are these „new rules“ that have been enforced. Raise your rate or have a different way to compensate for the towel, just don’t treat customers this way. It‘s unprofessional and… classless.
