And by far she has the best personality that is so welcoming for all the students. What a great asset that she represents your yoga studio ! I see everyone in each class so positive and happy at the end of a class . I wish there were more instructors that are this welcoming and positive . Thanks you

It was a continuous flow, with minimal to no water (didn’t find it that bothersome bc the room is nonheated), and the teachers gave clear instructions and corrections when needed. The space of the studio was very relaxing and had a good energy throughout it. I noticed that the floors were clean, and the room where we practiced in was large and had lots of room.

Voir tous les avisVery nice instructor!! She went slow enough that if you’re new you don’t get lost but kept the class going where u kept in rhythm! I had questions and the instructor took the time to answer them at the end of the class which was also awesome, overall if you want a place that takes their time and care about their guest this is your spot !

Voir tous les avisIt was fun and energetic. There is a variation of music genres. Wish instructor had a Mike because it helps to hear the steps as she calls them out. She uses more hand motions to signal the steps . That Works for those in the front but not for those in the back. I would say this class is a little chaotic but it’s fun! You will definitely burn some calories. Stretch before class and wear comfortable shoes.

Voir tous les avisThis studio is absolutely magnificent! I was greeted with hugs by the owners two daughters and their new puppy. It was pure bliss. The owners mom brought me an exquisite cup of organic tea just as class was starting. Lilli’s sound bath and yoga was everything and more. I live in San Diego and wouldn’t think twice about making the drive for her class. This studio is a gem and breath of fresh air from the sterile corporate yoga studios.
