Voir tous les avisFantastic!! I loved the variety of movement and very relaxed setting. Felt like we were just hanging out but also got a great work out in. This is not the dark lights and loud music kind of pilates. The owner was teaching a private class just a few machines over which was not distracting at all (truly barely noticed) but just something to note when you’re booking a private class that the instruction is private and catered towards you but the space might be shared. I will absolutely be booking again!

Voir tous les avisThis was my first class at this studio and in Florida and it was awesome! I was surprised not to see any mirrors in there but it’s actually amazing not having a mirror! There’s tvs that prompt what the next exercise is so you’re never lost in a class. Seriously so friendly and awesome!

Her cues and visuals were perfect for beginners or even intermediates like myself who need a little refresher! She was also patient and her pacing was perfect too. I loved all the dancing on the bike—it made the workout fly by and kept me smiling the whole time. Migdy does a great job explaining the moves.
