YOGA with Sound and Healing
Voir tous les avisIt was a great restorative yoga session. The flow and sequence were slow but thoughtful. Natsu san was an excellent yoga instructor, and the sound healing part was a beautiful surprise. She sang a song with a guitar, which was truly wonderful. It was in Japanese, but the movements were easy to follow despite not speaking Japanese. Highly recommend this session!

Not related to the gym, but there was a strange old person telling you to go look at smartphone elsewhere if you look at your phone in between sets (At the time I haven’t occupied the machine for longer than 5 minutes, and he straight left without using it after I was done). So to foreign visitors maybe be prepared with some Japanese to deal with it.
