The flexibility of having sessions every 10 minutes offers an incredible adaptability, especially in this fast-paced city where everyone is constantly on the go. I also love that each day features different exercises, targeting different muscle groups—upper body, lower body—so there’s no monotony. Plus, the timing pushes you to keep up with the group, and the music is absolutely stellar. Overall, the vibe is just spectacular.

This brand new Brooklyn Heights location is beautifully constructed. Kenny, is one of the top people in the entire Form50 family, make sure to correct your form, he’s always watching out for everybody in that class no matter what. Selena is another great person to take at this location. Stop going to any of the other crappy options that are out there in NYC.

The weather was really nice out today too so I’m sure that contributed to the heat in the class. It’s only been my second class at Impact and I’m really loving thus, looking forward to taking more classes :)

They were talking loudly the entire time, even after we asked them to stop. They kept getting closer, taking photos and then eventually sat down right in front of me and started eating snacks while talking. This was incredibly distracting.

The selection from both pop divas was elite, I was living my pop star music video fantasy!!! I’m pretty new to cycling and Nadia made it super friendly to all user levels! She has such a fun and supportive personality, you’ll have to take a class with her!!!

Voir tous les avisWow! I had never been to a boxing workout before so did not know what to expect. I was blown away! The check-in people were kind and welcoming and made me feel at ease when I arrived. There was a locker in the woman's locker room to store your stuff. No lock needed. I got to the room and met Moise, our instructor. He was made for this job! High energy, a great sense of humor, clear instructions, and just a lot of fun! Half the class was boxing and half was weights. I loved that it was a full body workout and the 45 minute class went by so fast! I'm older and I was able to modify the things I could not do. Also the room was dark so you felt comfortable at whatever level you were at. I would definitely recommend taking a class with Moise. He was wonderful! It is something that really was worth waking up for and really helped get your day off to a great start!

I would politely suggest that someone dust the fan towards the back of the room - it is cakes with thick dust and that can’t be good to breathe in. Also the toilet seat was covered in period blood underneath :/ I felt too weird to say that to the instructor in person and it was not from me or I would have cleaned it up.

Voir tous les avisI’ve been coming to bodyrok for almost a year now and truly love it. I love the themes, I love the instructors and the energy it’s all awesome! One thing to note about this month’s (May) Six Packs & Backs routine is that I was super disappointed in it :/ it’s typically one of my favorite themes because it really focuses on the parts that get the least attention at Bodyrok (arms and center core). This routine felt way more like Buns and Guns. Lots of leg work and the minimal core work was Obliques. Was super disappointed in the routine! With summer coming up, people are gonna be more mindful with the themed classes they’re taking, especially six pack related. I love the routines and everything about this place but wanted to share the month’s six packs and backs isn’t as on theme and was super upset about it.
