Voir tous les avisI took the intro boxing class. I previously did striking on and off for past 10 years or so, looking for something more consistent. Class size was adequate, and pacing was right. Voir tous les avisI had a fun time trying out this class. It was just me and one other person when I went so I had a lot of time and attention from Jessica which was great when we were learning how to escape wrist grabs. She really helped me understand how to do things correctly. Expect a super hands on class!
