Voir tous les avisIts a very interesting experience. I really enjoyed the sauna but took a while to adjust to the cold plunge. I do feel refreshed after the session. Will definitely be back to challenge myself with the cold plunge again and incorporate this into my sports recovery routine :)

Instead of making the room extremely hot, the heat felt like it warmed my body more comfortably, which made it easier to relax and loosen my muscles after a workout. The cold shower afterwards was refreshing and helped me feel awake and recovered. I liked the hot and cold combination, it left me feeling less stiff and more energized. The place was clean, peaceful, and easy to use. If you’re looking for a relaxing recovery session after exercise, I’d definitely recommend trying their infrared sauna and cold shower.
