I felt it worked my arms and core more than my legs. The instructor was great at giving options too. If you wanted more of a challenge, she showed you how to level up the movements, and if something felt too difficult, you could always choose an easier variation. She was also very patient and repeated the instructions whenever needed, so it was easy to follow. The studio is nice, and it’s only about a 7-minute walk from LRT Ampang Park, so it’s pretty convenient if you’re taking public transport. Overall, I had a really great experience and would definitely come back!

Maiki’s flow is super tight, with barely any long breaks between exercises, so the momentum just keeps building throughout the class.
