Voir tous les avisIt was hard to fully enjoy the service because I felt pressured to upgrade throughout my appointment. The staff repeatedly tried to add additional services beyond what I had already booked, and I felt uncomfortable having to repeatedly explain that I only wanted the services included in my appointment. I also felt that the staff seemed frustrated whenever I declined an upgrade. In addition, the gel that was used had visible bubbles, which affected the overall quality of the service. I think the company could improve by being more transparent about what is included in each service, including the length options and the type of gel used. Overall, I would rate my experience a 5.5/10.
