Mas, e lamento dize-lo, existem pessoas sem noção de como se devem comportar numa aula, e, especialmente, que não sabem "ler o ambiente". Este comentário não é tanto ao espaço nem à instrutora, mas aos restantes participantes para terem um bocadinho mais de noção, podemos ser engraçados sem ser inconvenientes.

Voir tous les avisI have been doing yin for a while and Anjas classes are my favorite. She explains just enough and the let silence and music fill the room when in the pose. You can truly let go also the ambient of a smaller group and for me personally that there is no sound bating involved makes it so pure in its intention and yin style. 🙏
