Voir tous les avisJennifer was absolutely amazing! This was my very first Aerial Hoop class and I was quite nervous at the beginning, but she made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. She has such a positive energy and is incredibly supportive, patient, and encouraging. Jennifer explains everything clearly, helps you build confidence, and makes sure everyone feels included regardless of their level. If you’re thinking about trying Aerial Hoop, I highly recommend taking a class with Jennifer. She made my first experience so enjoyable that I can’t wait to come back for more!

I needed a nervous system reset and I definitely got that after this class. Liza is a warm and informative practitioner and helped bring me into a place of rest and digest much quicker than most. I left this class feeling lighter, more grounded and a lot less anxious than when I walked in. Will definitely be returning to this wonderful class! Thank you Liza x

As a first timer at this gym though I was not given any info about a) where the class was (it's not obvious) or b) where the bathrooms/lockers were. So this would be pretty intimidating as someone new to gyms and there wasn't much intro to the class either. Advice to new people would be to emphasise that it's your first time to the reception desk and the trainer. The class itself was quite high intensity, it's hard to know what sort of weights to get as you're using the same couple of sets of weights for 10ish different exercises.

I have always wanted to try pole dance, but I was too scared as I had no strength on my arm, and I felt insecure. it was nice to see how everybody started like me and developed strength and confidence. I'm definitely going to start a journey here helped by teachers who know how to follow you with safe training
