The treatment wasn’t just a facial it felt like a complete skin reset. The therapist explained every step, my skin was thoroughly cleansed, impurities and congestion were removed, and the extractions were done so gently that I was amazed by how comfortable it was. My skin looked instantly brighter, smoother and healthier, without feeling stripped or irritated. A few days later, my pores looked noticeably smaller, my makeup applied beautifully, and I received so many compliments on how fresh my skin looked. They really took the time to assess the condition of my hair, explained that it was quite dry, and recommended treatments that would actually benefit it rather than just rushing through the appointment. Walking down the fire exit stairwell, I was a little apprehensive as there’s not much signage, but once you’re there, it’s nice. The room is generously large and clean/tidy and there is a bathroom and water station. Just a heads up, the masseur was male, which I wasn’t expecting (I typically prefer female masseuses) but the massage itself was good and very much needed.
