You have your own private suite with all the amenities you’d expect from a high-end hotel room, including a full bathroom. I appreciated that you’re free to customize how you spend your hour based on the therapies that interest you. The red light therapy bed is limited to a 15 minute session, and the PEMF mat runs for 8 minutes, but otherwise you can tailor the experience to your preferences. Since it was my first visit, I wanted to sample a little bit of everything.Unfortunately, when I went to use the PEMF mat, it displayed a low battery warning and wouldn’t operate. I spent about 10 minutes trying to see if I could plug it in or use the attachment for a specific body part instead, but wasn’t able to get it working. That was the only disappointment during an otherwise excellent experience. Had all of the equipment been functioning properly, I would have gladly given this experience 5 stars.

I’m still recovering from a twisted ankle that’s been sore for almost two weeks, and she was so thoughtful about making sure I could still participate and feel comfortable. She came up with modifications on the spot, gave me multiple options, and checked in in a way that made me feel really supported rather than limited by my injury. I’m just starting to regain confidence in my body after not being able to work out for a while, and her approach honestly meant a lot. I never felt out of place or like I shouldn’t be there. I didn’t even know about it but the instructor was nice enough to offer for me to stay. It was just a stretching relaxation amazing class. I feel like a brand new person before the class I felt like I needed a massage and after I felt renewed…she used a massage percussion gun as well as did Reiki. I literally feel like my energy is totally opened up all these good things started happening after I got a random check ha ha and a super nice gift that came in the mail. She also said she has a book coming out I’m super interested in it. Definitely follow her and try this class out of any class. I’m telling you it’s a must! There is a parking structure right underneath. Just make sure you enter through the small alley near the parking valet area. Vibration is so good for you. It drains lymphatic system. I’m telling you I’ve not felt this relaxed in a long time. The original class … this class that I booked was so hard 27 minutes and I’m definitely gonna be soar. I was dying. It’s way harder than Pilates or cycling.

It helps that I called ahead of time to have them raise the temperature of the cold plunge so I could get the maximum benefits, but it’s also worth noting that the female attendees were much more helpful and considerate of my current state (being impaired on crutches) than the male attendants were. If you’re like me and need extra time to shower after, I would recommend booking an hour for yourself. Will be back to book another session ASAP.

My only note is that the $5 add on for the shower feels a bit much, as I’ve engaged with similar businesses in New York where the shower is included, and it was a similar amount of credits. Voir tous les avisI was pretty nervous doing IV therapy. I didn’t even realize you could try it via ClassPass! So that was a nice surprise. I hadn’t been feeling good, and my husband suggested trying IV therapy to see if it would help some symptoms I was having. The fact that I could try it with ClassPass made it a much easier decision to give a first try. When I arrived, the facility was extremely bright, clean, and welcoming. The receptionist checked me in right away, even though their Wi-Fi was down. I didn’t wait long to fill out any of the forms. Had a quick phone consultation with their nurse practitioner to go over everything healthwise. Was seen right away by the nurse to put the IV needle in. She was extremely patient and calm with me since I’m nervous with needles. She was very good at distracting me with conversation to get my mind off of it. And then sat in the larger room and a comfy recliner and they gave me my fluids. Receptionist came by to offer water or tea, which was nice because I could feel my nerves catching on. I took a chamomile tea to calm me down lol. I’m not sure if I’m the right patient for IV therapy. Even though needles make me nervous, I may be back, solely, for the fact that the staff was so helpful and accommodating. Great experience overall.
