She struck the perfect balance—challenging us enough to make it a great workout without making anyone feel pressured. She was incredibly patient, explained everything clearly, and made sure everyone felt comfortable throughout the session. I'm only in town for five more days, but this class has inspired me to start taking reformer Pilates when I get back to Abu Dhabi. Thank you for such a positive first experience!

Voir tous les avisI usually come here for Yoga only but I wanted to try out the wellness service side. I was pleasantly surprised- This was a very relaxing experience! On arrival, I was shown to my sauna room which was already preheated and the mood was set with the lights off. There were plenty of towels in the room to get comfy with- pillow, blanket, wrap. There was the opportunity to Bluetooth connect but for my first experience, I just wanted to get comfortable in my own way and didn’t use it this time- will definitely use it next time! 30 minutes was enough time to get completely relaxed, open your sinuses and feel rejuvenated. At the end, there were robes and slippers provided to go into the room Next door and take a quick rinse after working up a sweat. Would recommend this experience and as always the staff was very welcoming! I am looking forward to coming back for another session!
