Only thing that felt off was she spoke during Savasana, part of it was promo for some event which could be done at the end of class but she did a really beautiful dharma that I wish she did beginning or weaved into class. We held a few restorative postures for a long time but the class flew by. My first reiki experience too and it was so lovely.
