Voir tous les avisMy first time attending Ashtanga class, but ive attended other kinds of yoga before. I was shookt that this one was very challenging for me esp. for my body type, but tried my best nonetheless. The instructor was very friendly, will encourage to push you to your limit and really took the time to check on everyone. The studio looked clean and aesthetic. Good class!
