    Mat Pilates

The flow of the session was very intentional, from grounding breathwork at the start, smoothly transitioning into focused quad, glute, and ab exercises, and ending with a calming stretch to release tension. Everything felt well thought out and balanced, leaving me both energized and relaxed after class. The studio itself is clean, minimalist, and very pleasing to the eyes, with great air-conditioning that keeps the space comfortable throughout the session. For an even better experience, a bit more spacing between mats would be nice, especially during movements that require wider arm ranges. I also noticed that the floor had a slightly sandy or grainy texture in some areas, possibly from fine dust, so a quick refresh before class could make it feel even more polished. Overall, it’s a well-structured and enjoyable class with Coach Kaara. Definitely something I’d come back to!

    Multi-level

The session had a nice, steady flow that felt grounding which made it easy to stay focused on form and control throughout. I appreciated the structured pacing and how Coach Anne guided us through familiar foundational movements that really helped reinforce the basics. Since it was a multi-level class with a mix of beginners and regulars, the energy felt more inclusive and accessible, which is great for those who are still building confidence in their practice. One thing I’d personally love to see in future sessions is a bit more variation in intensity for multi-level classes, just to keep things extra challenging for returning students. Also, it would be even better if late arrivals are only allowed within a short grace period, as entering once the class has started can disrupt focus and flow of the session. Overall, still a solid class and a good reset for the body especially if you’re looking for something controlled, mindful, and form-focused.

    Barre

I super enjoyed the Barre class but mygosh I must admit it was hard as a first timer. It's literally a full cardio work out. Ms. Tanya was very encouraging and made sure our movements and positionings were right. Definitely a must try. ✨🧑‍🩰🥊

Mobility and Recovery Flow with Cold Plunge

flow was good, though it was a last minute change of instructor and I specifically booked for Anina, also credit is a bit high for a 60-min flow only (the cold plunge is separate fee of ₱350)

    Yoga

Really enjoyed Yoga with Coach Cherrie. She's articulate (both in English and Tagalog), endeavors to know your name, and provides modifications. I'll definitely be back! Ms. Jas at the reception is super helpful too.
