Voir tous les avisExactly what I was hoping for, traditional Muay Thai training with jump rope warm up, shadow boxing, and practicing combo moves. Not exactly for beginners since instructor doesn't go through how to throw punches & kicks correctly. He's a pusher for sure when it comes to working out and sweating. Good overall!

I have no Jujitsu experience and was partnered with a senior student in the class who made sure I understood the moves, how to best perform them and helped with the execution of said moves. If you’re interested I highly recommend checking them out! Don’t forget to bring a rash guard and water bottle, but don’t worry about a Gi as they have loaners.
