With yin, I tend to struggle knowing how to balance between letting go and where to root down but Susie’s guidance and adjustments made it easy to know where I should be feeling stretched and where I should be fully relaxed. My hips and back needed this class more than I knew. Thank you Susie!!! ❤️

Her voice is incredibly calming, and her yin flow and deep stretches melt you back into your own body a little more with every minute. The sound bath at the end was the perfect finishing touch. I walked out feeling lighter, calmer, and more grounded than I have in a long time. I can’t wait to come back. ✨

Voir tous les avisThis was such a fun class!! It was easy enough for beginners but also had more difficult variations for advanced students. The space is also super cute; it was fun to walk around and feed the animals afterwards! The teacher was also very friendly (and attractive LOL). Highly recommend this class!! I will be back for sure :)

Highly recommend if you are in Mimo area to check out. Such a hidden gem of a place. 10 stars all around ❤️❤️❤️
