The instructor was clear with directions and walked around the room to help everyone or add springs as needed. The studio is also very aesthetic and clean. There is a spin class next door which i’d have to check out next time. Unfortunately I don’t live here but if I did this place would have my annual membership money. Thank you!!!

Olga was very nice and attentive, she switched the class to English because I didn’t speak Dutch and spent a lot of time correcting and explaining to us the right postures. It took some extra time and effort to rearrange my plans, but luckily my schedule was flexible enough that I was able to book another class. Overall, I had a nice experience. The studio was easy to find, located on the ground floor, and the atmosphere was pleasant. I’d be happy to come back and give it another try. I just hope the scheduling will be more reliable next time.
