A huge problem for me is they started treating your feet with files and clipping etc before putting your feet in the water so your skin is not softened yet and it’s too dry. Because I love this place next time I will ask ahead on time to soak 5 minutes because it’s a deal breaker. Five stars if they let me soak before the grooming.

Kim was so wonderful between explaining what she was doing, balancing that with the right amount of relaxation time, perfect pressure for the whole service - everything was just 10/10.
