Voir tous les avisLoved Ellen's class! It was challenging, but still very manageable with modifications. I would recommend her class if you're a beginner or if you're more advanced, and especially if you don't mind sweating a lot! I'd recommend bringing lots of water, an extra small towel, along with a mat towel to make your experience more enjoyable. I will be back to try her reformer class next :)

And by far she has the best personality that is so welcoming for all the students. What a great asset that she represents your yoga studio ! I see everyone in each class so positive and happy at the end of a class . I wish there were more instructors that are this welcoming and positive . Thanks you

Voir tous les avisLoved it 🖤 the candle light was so nice and the flow was perfect. I loved the extra challenge during balancing postures with the low light, really had to focus 🧘🏻♀️ and calm the mind to stay balanced. Instructor was lovely.

Voir tous les avisCory explained things super well and was very encouraging! i like that she acknowledged how hot it was and encouraged breaks (more or less just being kind to yourself) or getting OJ instead of dismissing the heat or difficulty.

Voir tous les avisRosie was SO amazing and encouraging! I've taken one class here before and the heat was tolerable, but this one got SUPER hot and humid. I think I heard her mention it went up to 113 at one point! Me and my friend do hot yoga sculpt twice a week and love it but if you're sensitive to dizziness I would say this one might be a bit intense for most. If you want a crazy challenge, go for it! Such a good energy from everyone at this studio both times I've been. 🫶🏻

I deeply appreciated her philosophical morsels of wisdom, which have me still reflecting on them after class. Bravo. Also, my first time visiting the Costa Mesa location (I am a Long Beach regular). A joy to see Jaden at the front desk. I’ll be back for sure!

Voir tous les avisValerie teaches a fun and challenging class. If you’re a guy reading this, understand there is an etiquette to this kind of class. 1. Don’t grunt, moan, or make comments to your neighbor. Especially if you make a loud sound with every single exhale the ENTIRE class. It’s deeply uncomfortable. 2. Come dressed properly. I assure you, nobody wants to see you constantly adjusting your falling shorts. If you have drawstrings on them, tie them! You made today’s class weird. I hope this gets to you dude!

Voir tous les avisLex is a strong teacher that gives great cues and is clearly anatomically educated. I loved the class and will be back! (Touch of feedback: hands on assists cards were offered and explained as I was walking into the studio, m I had mine face down on NO touch today, mostly because I’m on my cycle and just wasn’t feeling amazing, but still received hands on assists multiple times throughout class. It’s all good, as usually I would opt in :: when I wasn’t feeling so crampy and fragile :: but also frustrating to be offered the option and then in turn ignored)

Voir tous les avisAnna’s class was absolutely amazing! Her flow was the perfect balance of challenging and energizing, and she was so encouraging throughout the entire class. Her hands-on adjustments were incredible.. exactly what I needed to deepen each pose!! I left feeling stronger, more grounded, and so refreshed. I will definitely be back for another class!
