The choreography was interesting and appealing - built up quickly. Most of the class caught on but I was a little lost :) I will definitely go again.

To add/discover your own style is challenging when not used to. The instructor helped with guiding that, while making the given sequences your own. The class felt good and asked for more so will definitely join again.

Voir tous les avisI really enjoyed this class as someone with no ballet experience. Quite a large group, about 15+ people, some challenging sequences that were great to practice. Friendly bunch, enthusiastic ladies. Only criticism is one other new student with no ballet experience who seemed to know the teacher - they took a lot the attention up which felt distracting and unfair on the rest of the class. Took away from the seriousness and other students (not me but the regulars) deserved to have some of the teachers guidance. Shame that happened but lovely class otherwise!

The class is perfect for anyone wanting to combine Pilates activation principles with ballet, choreography, vinyasa yoga and flow. They run the same choreography for about 3 months before it changes but you can join at any time, no issue.

Personally, I prefer focusing on fewer steps so I can really enjoy the ones I already know, without feeling rushed. When there are too many new steps, it can feel more like a marathon, making it hard to enjoy the dance and the music while trying to remember everything. Sometimes, less is more—but I understand that others may enjoy this faster pace. Just my personal opinion! 🙂

Another student had asked to lower the volume ; was lowered once and then forgotten about. I didn t want to be a Karen as other classmates didn t seem to be bothered. But the volume was abusive loud. Anyhow ; really enjoyed the class but the volume needs serious adjustment (in my opinion ofc)
