Maybe 1-2 fans in the corner would be great, as the air was quite bad quickly in the room. I was sweating in the warm up already. But again, the class was amazing 😍

I hadn’t done Ashtanga in a few years — but he made it feel like a puzzle, slowly building the building blocks into a deep and settled stillness I hadn’t felt in a while. I loved the physical assists that helped me elevate my practice. The space is very welcoming too, with natural light and soft flooring suitable for yoga. The skylight was a bonus!
