During the end of class she said a quote that resonated with me: “the version of you that started on the mat an hour ago is a different person than the you now. I also loved that my masseuse kinda instinctively knew which areas needed the most work without me pointing it out. I feel like that’s how you know someone is the real deal.

I asked for medium pressure because I know Thai can be a bit intense, but also requested slightly deeper pressure for legs and he accommodated skillfully. Will be back!
