Voir tous les avisVery welcoming! I didn't realize this was a CrossFit style workout (even though the trainer specifically said they're not CrossFit affiliated). They did a great job of allowing time for a warmup and going over the moves that would be part of the AMRAP. Good class times available and it sounds like they do a lot of social events.
