Voir tous les avisthis place was super awesome!! im a total beginner like i didnt even really know what muay thai was and kind of just showed up and signed up as a side quest since my friends’ boyfriends have been really bad to them recently but i ended up having actually so much fun and it was super cool!! everyone was super friendly and helpful and made me feel very welcomed 😊😊 im leaving for college next week but would 100% recommend to anyone 😁😁

Voir tous les avisWhat I liked was that it was a good workout, it was tough and I was sweating like crazy which is what I want. The instructor is NOT for everyone though. He is very impatient and gets irritated if you don’t get it. The other women there didn’t seem to mind being LITERALLY pushed around by him or just don’t tell him anything. He seems like he is playing with them, I do not like seeing that at all. I dont mind the yelling and pushing us to go harder, I welcome that, but I am uncomfortable with the physical poking and pushing. But the workout is tough and will definitely work you out!

There are a mix of students of all different experience levels, it was great to watch and learn from peers as well as the instructors. It was a great experience, everyone was very welcoming.
