Even when I was wanting to give up his push, drove me to finish class strong. It was a harder class than what I’m used to, but it pushed me to do more!! He is so sweet. Would 100% take him again!

This is my first time trying reformer Pilates normally I do hot mat but I was so excited and Hannah made it so much more comfortable with following her queues and offering modifications as needed. I felt so encouraged to come back and do it again. I am a bigger girl so it feels great to feel welcome and included in a space that you don’t see much big girls in. I’ll definitely be coming back! Drink your water for sure before coming haha I definitely got my core rocked today!

I didn’t feel out of place bc it was my first time. She demo’d every single move which I loved ! Compared to where I usually go , the moves were different and challenging which I also loved ! She helped me move with the pace of the class since I am still newer to pilates. The class was the perfect pace, not too slow and not too fast. We got to use all the different boards which made the class extra exciting.

I appreciated how Alissa paid attention to students' form during the movements & respectfully offered corrections & modifications. There are free mats available to use if you forget to bring your own. The studio is beautiful, clean, spacious. Looking forward to trying the Reformer classes!
