Voir tous les avisThe format of this class is nice. They have you switch from bike to upper body to give yourself a break in between for both muscle groups. I liked the pace and it’s beginner friendly, because they have lighter weights to start with. Seems like a good class for any level. The structure is easy to follow. The instructor Sam was very nice and helpful especially as it was my first class there. I will definitely come back! Front desk clerk Emma I want to shout out as well, very sweet and welcoming.
