Voir tous les avisKaylie was a great instructor. It was my first time at a “pilates/lagree” class like this. She explained the machine well and created a welcoming environment. The class was very difficult which is exactly what I wanted, if you have never done a fitness class this would be a difficult intro but for any Intermediate to advanced fitness levels this is perfect and the right amount of challenging. The environment was welcoming and kind and I will definitely consider coming back
