Was a very gorgeous balance between fun and playful movement / breath work and some deeper intrinsic moments. I would recommend this workshop / spiritual experience to all. Ferns voice was soothing and she seemed in tune with the class and said exactly what I needed to hear. I will be back 🙏🏼💗
