The studio is usually really warm and it was hot, but it definitely wasn’t so warm that you couldn’t breathe as sometimes it gets. Want to add this Saturday class to my rotation. Gorgeous studio and good vibe.

Voir tous les avisI absolutely loved Form50 Total Body Sculpt! It was one of the most challenging workouts I’ve done, but Beverly made the entire experience so approachable. She explained every movement clearly, corrected our form throughout class, and kept us motivated and encouraged for the full 50 minutes. I also happened to visit during their one-year anniversary celebration, and the entire team made everyone feel so welcome. My friend and I even treated ourselves to complimentary B12 shots, and we left with adorable tote bags filled with goodies. It was such a thoughtful touch and really showed how much they appreciate their community. I’m so happy I decided to try this class. Between the incredible workout, Beverly’s amazing coaching, and the warm, welcoming staff, I’ll definitely be back. Everyone was fantastic!

Voir tous les avisKeith was a great instructor and super helpful in the intro class. He made sure to give individual attention, corrected form, and had a positive attitude. The studio itself is new and clean. The workout was effective. I will probably take another intro class to get used to it before doing the full-fledged class. For context I have never done a lagree/mega reformer type of class, but I have done classic reformer Pilates.

Andrew explained every aspect of the reformer machine, how it targets different muscle groups, and how to use all the features it has. The class was paced perfectly which allowed me to perform the exercises accurately to avoid feeling overwhelmed / lost. I will absolutely be coming here weekly!
