This was my second class with this instructor, and it happened last time too. I would have loved to participate in the cooldown, but we started late, which pushed us five minutes over. Instead of waiting for people to trickle in late, let’s please keep in mind the people who show up on time. Nobody wants to be “that person” to ask to start class. Saying all this with love, and I can’t wait to be back! 💗

I took a hiatus due to surgery and Justin reminded me exactly what the purpose, foundation, and meaning of Yoga was during his instruction/practice. Voir tous les avisI went to Hot Mat Pilates on Friday at 5:30 and regular Matt Pilates at noon, (but I forget what day). Both classes were taught by Carolyn. They were so powerful and healing, with a mix between intense and stretch. Carolyn was flawless in her flow, her articulation and cues, and her ability to describe each move. Not to mention, her form is perfect, so you can see exactly what your body's supposed to do. I hadn't been to Pilates specifically, in 20 years. It was so easy to follow, and modifications were offered. The low lights, the heated room, and the peace all added to the multiple benefits of the map Pilates class. This seems to be a very special community. I felt very welcome, but not 'overly' attended to, and was able to just meld right in to the experience. This is a small, intimate studio, with a free flowy vibe, and the courtyard entrance adds to the charm.

Voir tous les avisReally great Vinyasa flow class. The heat level was fantastic and I got really sweaty. Teacher was clear with good sequencing. Class was strong. I really like all the mirrors they have in the studio so you can check your alignment. Lots of easy parking. Has that old-school yoga studio vibe. Not corporate at all. Would choose over Yoga Joint in Delray for vibe and ease of parking.

Voir tous les avisAbsolutely loved this hot Pilates class! The instructor was amazing and so motivational I left feeling incredibly strong. You can tell she knows exactly what she’s doing. I have been to many Pilates, Studios and yoga Studios and have never worked my butt off like I did today. It is the little things that make a place stand out, like the fact that they provide yoga mats and have the cutest free stickers at the desk. To top it all off, Rosie the owner is hands-down the absolute sweetest. 10/10 recommend! 🌟
