Voir tous les avisThe class I took was an all levels flow and I truly enjoyed Samantha’s sequencing. I specifically loved that she toggled weight from foot to foot in preparation for balancing poses. I’ve never had an instructor do this before, and it actually helped me ease into the balancing position much better, and I was able to maintain my balance pose for the hold. For an evening of reconnecting with the self and a gentle flow, I recommend this Yoga Cure class.
