Voir tous les avisJ’ai adoré ce cours, c’etait plus qu’un cours, enfin je trouve un espace ou l’ame du Hatha yoga vibre avec humour et modernité tout en restant au service des postures et des concepts traditionnel. J’en suis ressortie tres apaisée et connecter a mon corps. Gros coup de coeur ! Bravo au professeur qui est un veritable artiste du mouvement. Beaucoup de coeur et d’authenticite ! Ca fait plaisir :)

Supported the class throughout the poses, regressions and progressions. My first experience of the studio and the style of class. I absolutely loved it. Couldn’t recommend Laure, Gregoire and Beyoga more.

A perfect way to feel balanced and YINspired on a Sunday evening before a busy work week. It was my first time at the studio and I will absolutely return!!!
