If you want to actually feel strong, relaxed, and powered and grounded after a class this is the one you need to take. A lot of the other classes at different studios are just more breathing exercises, which is fine but here I feel like I’m still strong while addressing all the little aches and pains that pregnancy can bring. I can’t believe I haven’t found this studio sooner since it’s very close to home but I’m glad I did! The sequences were very challenging and core-focused (which I love and want, yay!) and I loved the variety of moves—the entire workout was great and she will push you in the best way!
