I also asked April about the differences between the different facials, and she was very knowledgeable and able to explain each one clearly. I really appreciated that they recommended what was best for my skin rather than simply proceeding with what I booked. The receptionist also explained the change to me and made sure I was comfortable with it. I felt that they genuinely care about their clients and provide personalized service—not just simply offering a facial. That’s what I call great customer service!
