Bikram Yoga- Original HOT Yoga
Voir tous les avisThere’s really something about Bikram yoga that keeps me coming back. It’s challenging in a way that pushes both your body and mental endurance. You’ll probably question your life decisions mid-class especially with the heat but it’s all part of the experience. By the end though, it’s completely worth it. My body feels lighter, more stretched out, and surprisingly energized, while my mind feels calmer and more centered. It’s that contrast of intensity and clarity after that makes the practice so addictive. Definitely tough but also incredibly rewarding every single time!

Voir tous les avisIt was my first time at Vida Yoga and doing a hot class. Appreciated how Cathy let first-timers know what to expect. Instructions were clear, along with modifications depending on how you're feeling. Such a great restorative class to cap off a busy day. Will definitely go again.

Voir tous les avisThe coach and staff were all warm and welcoming. Towels, mats, showers, and lockers were all available for free use, which made the experience even more convenient. As a beginner, I found the class challenging, but I’m committed to pushing myself to my limits. Big kudos to our 6:30 AM hot yoga coach earlier... thank you for helping correct my form and offering modified poses that felt right for each of us.

Voir tous les avisThe session had a nice, steady flow that felt grounding which made it easy to stay focused on form and control throughout. I appreciated the structured pacing and how Coach Anne guided us through familiar foundational movements that really helped reinforce the basics. Since it was a multi-level class with a mix of beginners and regulars, the energy felt more inclusive and accessible, which is great for those who are still building confidence in their practice. One thing I’d personally love to see in future sessions is a bit more variation in intensity for multi-level classes, just to keep things extra challenging for returning students. Also, it would be even better if late arrivals are only allowed within a short grace period, as entering once the class has started can disrupt focus and flow of the session. Overall, still a solid class and a good reset for the body especially if you’re looking for something controlled, mindful, and form-focused.

Voir tous les avisThe class gave me a good shake!! Ms. Mika gave us clear directions and corrected our forms when needed. The music was just a bit loud and it was hard to hear her sometimes. Overall a good class! The studio has yoga mat available so you don’t need to bring your own. 🌸 Has nice and clean facilities too.

Voir tous les avisRoutines were excellent—challenging yet enjoyable, with a strong focus on core engagement and balance. I especially appreciated how Coach Sansa was attentive throughout the session, ensuring everyone was keeping up and giving us enough time to complete each routine properly. The studio itself is aesthetically pleasing, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and the staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I look forward to coming back. 😊

Voir tous les avisFirst time trying hot Pilates and I honestly really enjoyed it. I’ve only done Bikram yoga before, so I wasn’t sure what to expect but I ended up loving it just as much. Coach Fairy’s teaching style is very direct and no-frills which I actually appreciate. Just a heads up though: this isn’t your “gentle encouragement and soft motivation” kind of class. If you’re looking to be pampered or lovingly coached through every move like a baby bird learning to fly, this might not be for you. BUT if you like being pushed, challenged, and slightly questioning your life choices mid-workout in the best way, you’ll fit right in! Only small suggestion: clearer signage please! The studio was a bit tricky to find since it’s tucked inside a townhouse. I almost went on an unintended neighborhood tour but thankfully a kind man outside pointed me to the very end on the left side. Overall, great experience and I’ll definitely be back when I’m in the area again!
