Voir tous les avisI'm so glad I found Leela Yoga in Lisbon. It was just what I was looking for, and more. I was greeted with a smile and such warmth — it was Becky, one of the co-founders. Had a great class and I'm sure the rest are just as good! The studio is a true yoga oasis, down to every detail — yoga room, outdoor waiting area, even a patio with sauna and plunge pools, all designed with consciousness and an Ayurvedic touch. 20+ years doing yoga, even while traveling, and this is a place I fully recommend for a real "return to yourself" experience.

Voir tous les avisI recently tried the Bodyweight Strength class, and it was a really new experience for me compared to what I’ve done before. It blends strength, mobility, and calisthenics in a way I wasn’t used to—more of a free-flow style than just copying a teacher. The instructor was great, guiding us clearly, and even though I found the choregraphy tricky—like figuring out which arm or leg to move first—it really challenged me in a positive way. I’ll probably come back for a challange

She gives everyone their own space, but is always there to gently guide and help you adjust your positions when needed. I especially loved how encouraging she is — even if you’re not doing everything perfectly, she motivates you and makes you feel confident. She truly respects each person’s individual pace and energy. Such a positive and uplifting atmosphere, I absolutely loved it!
