Voir tous les avisI absolutely loved this yoga class. Normally, I’m more into Pilates and not the biggest yoga person, but this class completely changed my mind. It was the perfect mix of relaxation, stretching, and strength training, especially for the arms. The atmosphere made it so easy to really switch off, reconnect with yourself, and fully relax while still feeling like you got a great workout. By the end of the class, I genuinely felt like a new person. I’ll definitely be coming back again.

Voir tous les avisI have been doing yin for a while and Anjas classes are my favorite. She explains just enough and the let silence and music fill the room when in the pose. You can truly let go also the ambient of a smaller group and for me personally that there is no sound bating involved makes it so pure in its intention and yin style. 🙏

Voir tous les avisFirst time trying yoga and it was an amazing experience. Gen is an excellent teacher — very attentive and supportive throughout the class. She gives everyone their own space, but is always there to gently guide and help you adjust your positions when needed. I especially loved how encouraging she is — even if you’re not doing everything perfectly, she motivates you and makes you feel confident. She truly respects each person’s individual pace and energy. Such a positive and uplifting atmosphere, I absolutely loved it!
