Voir tous les avisThe studio was serene and immaculate. I had a wonderful time in the playground class with Spencer. I have been taking Pilates mat and reformer on and off for >30 years but I have never seen the toys that were featured in this class. A kind of missile with handgrips which challenges your balance and core and TRX were among my favorites. The teacher was chill and magnetic and made helpful corrections in the class. Recommend!

It seemed like a majority of the students had never been to a dance class before (me included) so I would recommend this class for anyone who wants to try a dance class for the first time. I’ll def be practicing the routine we learned at home! :)
