Voir tous les avisDarcy is one of the best Pilates instructors I’ve ever had. Her Sculpt class are challenging yet fun, and I love how she gradually builds up each sequence. She’s incredibly creative and always introduces new moves I’ve never done before, even though I’ve been practicing Pilates for many years. Her Restorative classes are just as amazing. They’re deeply relaxing while still leaving my body feeling refreshed, open, and energized. I especially love the balance of gentle movement, stretching, and release, it feels like a complete reset for both the body and mind. I always leave feeling lighter, calmer, and restored. Darcy brings so much variety and thoughtfulness to every class with great upbeat background music. I highly recommend her classes!

Voir tous les avisPowerhouse with Dominique was great! High intensity and high energy. She gently corrected my form when needed. It was a tough class, but I felt like we were all in it together and I left feeling amazing. Kind of a strange building but the gym and the studio were really nice and clean, also easy parking. Will definitely be back!
