The temperature was perfect In not feeling to overwhelmed and light headed, but I definitely felt the added challenge from the heat!

This studio is awesome and the instructor was nice and made the class workout but also relaxed . I also want to come back to this area because they have so many cute shops and restaurants . Voir tous les avisI've been practicing yoga for 30 years - and yet this class was very different from any class I've ever taken before. We didn't do a whole lot in the way of traditional yoga asanas, but I loved how the teacher based the practice on the upcoming Lunar New Year and how this relates to transitions and energy in the body. This really resonated with where I'm at, and transitions in my own life right now. Also, this business is super cool and I can't wait to come back and try the bathhouse!
