The temperature was perfect In not feeling to overwhelmed and light headed, but I definitely felt the added challenge from the heat!

We didn't do a whole lot in the way of traditional yoga asanas, but I loved how the teacher based the practice on the upcoming Lunar New Year and how this relates to transitions and energy in the body. This really resonated with where I'm at, and transitions in my own life right now. Also, this business is super cool and I can't wait to come back and try the bathhouse!

Started off with a nice head massage, then 15 mins on each foot, super deep and therapeutic, then I rolled over to my stomach and completely clothed, a deep elbow massage on all muscles of my back and legs while fully clothed. Then he went to work on my shoulders and arms and hands... wow literally the best massage ever and I was completely clothed the entire time. Would ABSOLUTELY come back again. I had a lot of back nerve pain this past week and it is completely gone now.

I walked in feeling sore and tired, left feeling great. I prefer really firm pressure but hate the feeling of an elbow being dragged across the back of my ribs. This was that perfect balance of firm pressure without the elbow jabs. Highly recommend. I’ll definitely be back.
