I actually started Pilates with her, and even after trying multiple other instructors, I can confidently say she’s on a completely different level. Her guidance, energy, and attention to detail really set her apart. I always leave her sessions feeling stronger and more motivated. I really hope she adds more sessions because I’d love to come more often.

She’s so warm and encouraging, paces each move perfectly, and will let you know if a modification is available. I love how she pays attention to everyone individually so that we all get the benefits of correct form and technique. I wish I could make it to every class she teaches!!!

Class was hard but I didn’t feel defeated, sometimes these kind of classes kick my butt so bad I never return. Thank you for the modifications and encouragement, definitely will be back so good!!

Voir tous les avisClass fell on padres game day, some traffic but Kiki was really nice and this class was pretty good! My first time I struggled a bit cuz my socks were sliding and felt like I was going to slip (think they were too big, make sure your size is good) we did arm, core, and leg exercises. The core definitely had me struggling but I hope to be back soon. Thank you :)

Even though there are modifications offered for beginners it takes time to understand the new reformer and fast cues coming. I’d recommend adding a beginner class that is a bit slower so it’s not so intimidating to learn as a beginner.

The studio was cute & Monica, the instructor, was so welcoming/encouraging and explained the mega reformers very thoroughly so that I was well prepared for class. They even hand wrote me a cute note for my first class. I loved how challenging the class was, I was literally dripping sweat. I’ll definitely be back! 🫶🏻
