Tony was super welcoming and friendly, and did a fantastic job calling out combos but also splitting time telling the floor section what exercises to do. You always feel like someone is around to show you what to do or correct form. Can’t say enough good things about the guys he has working the floor-they were friendly, motivating, and had great tips to help people who were new, but also do some mitt work with people who more experienced. Well-outfitted studio with a great layout. Will definitely be back!
