I have been doing yoga for about 78 months and I’ve had a lot of amazing teachers throughout this time, but this was by far just the most rewarding class I’ve ever taken. I am looking for classes with this instructor and I don’t see any so hopefully she’ll do more classes.

Voir tous les avisI do love this class- challenging and kind instructor- but I wish the music volume was lower. It is deafening and almost painful to me, and it makes it difficult to hear the instruction over the mic. It was hard to follow along because of it.

Voir tous les avisEmily is my favorite instructor. The movements flow together seamlessly yet I’m consistently challenged without feeling left behind. I always enjoy her teachings on more advanced poses, and I seek out her classes on the schedule. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for a great workout with lots of sweat!
