Natalie really delivers 10/10 service! she gave a great neck, shoulder, arm and hand massage while my mask was doing its work. her suite is very calming and wonderfully comfortable. i got the poppy facial which delivered amazing results. i had gone to the beach the day before, so it was a perfect time to get a facial after being in the sun. my skin tone looks even and it feels firmer. her energy is so calm and grounded which really translated through the whole service. she really takes care of her patients in a carefully thought out facial routine. i felt amazing afterwards and can’t wait to go back again!
