She truly supports you every step of the way and makes sure you’re performing each movement correctly. She never rushes you and always gives you enough time to focus on proper form. At the same time, she knows how to gently challenge you in the best way. Honestly, I couldn’t ask for a better instructor — I LOVE her classes!

The music gave the whole session an extra boost, making it even more fun and engaging. She was super professional, and the lesson flowed so smoothly—it was clear a lot of thought went into making it such a great experience. Overall, it was such a fun experience—I enjoyed every minute of it!
